[theme-reviewers] Tickets status need updating

I'll clear these out as I have time this morning.

But for future reference, if someone assigns a Theme to a new Reviewer who
doesn't have ticket closure privileges, the person who assigns the ticket
will need to follow up on ensuring the ticket is resolved appropriately.
Otherwise, the ticket will never get pushed to the admin queue.
