[theme-reviewers] Dashboard script of 3.8 conflicting

I usually do all of my development work on "nightly" builds ... then test
on the stable release.

Local environments take minutes to create, remote environments can be made
almost as quickly and a decent test site does not take up any room at all
... especially with today's competitive hosting market.

There is no reason for anyone not to be at least testing with beta releases
as soon as they are available,

Just my thoughts ...
