[theme-reviewers] WP Admin notice asking for ratings

Although it is not abusive, spammy, intrusive or ugly, I'm happy to remove
the admin notice in the next update :) It was an experiment anyway, one
that resulted in ~ 100 ratings, which I'm not too proud of.
