[theme-reviewers] Regarding a Strange Behaviour

This is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parallax
and this would be http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bootstrap
both very much generic.

There's one thing though. Having Bootstrap in Theme Name
will generate some confusion among users. Let's imagine
there's five different Themes using "Bootstrap" in their names.

Agreed with Chip, definitely an ongoing discussion.
