[theme-reviewers] Do like button (not social) fall in plugin territory?

Yes, I remember that discussion. The topic was social share/like button. I was asking about a simple blog post 'like' button. It is not linked with any social network anyway.

There has been a discussion on this in the past. You really need to see how the sharing/like buttons are implemented in the theme. Are they disabled by default or not? Will it affect the user when the theme is changed? You are the judge here.
