[theme-reviewers] Inclusion on the Commercial themes list

Hi there,
My apologies; I know this is the wrong forum for this but I hope someone on
this list is also on the themes{at}wordpress.org list.
I've sent three  requests to the list since September but have never
received a response. Could someone please get back to me?
