[theme-reviewers] New theme tags for 3.8

WordPress does not offer phone support. If you don't like the Theme
you can always switch to another one. Or hire someone for a custom
Theme design. Please see http://jobs.wordpress.net

Alternative option is to get in touch with the Theme designer directly.
