[theme-reviewers] Submitting child theme

I tired to upload a new child theme and was unable. I got a ton of warnings
for missing things like css classes, comment script and such that shouldn't
be required for a child theme. The them check plugin didn't catch this.
Maybe it was because my child theme is for Twenty Fourteen? Can I get my
theme white listed for this please?
