[theme-reviewers] Possible mistake in Theme Track

Hi all,
I'd like to start reviewing some themes and had a look at the review queue.
This theme [1] named Serene appears in the "Not-approved" queue, while the
report says that previous versione (1.2) was approved.

Just to let you know..

Now, in order to review a theme I must leave a comment in the ticket
containing my nickname, right?
