[theme-reviewers] Reading settings

Even when using front-page.php, Themes must support user configuration of
get_option( 'show_on_front' ), for both 'page' and 'posts'. In other words:
the front-page.php template file must be able to display both
custom/static-page content, and the blog posts index.
