[theme-reviewers] GPL-Compatible Licensing and CC

Good evening, Theme Reviewers!

Just a reminder that Themes are required to be licensed under 100%
GPL-compatible licenses, and that none of the Creative Commons (CC) license
terms are GPL-compatible (except for CC0, which is Public Domain).

Please be especially mindful of licensing of resources bundled with Themes.
In fact, you should be verifying licensing before performing any actual
review of the Theme code or Theme Unit Tests.
