[theme-reviewers] InBuilt options for SEO in theme

Right; we generally don't tell developers what "features" they can and
cannot put in the commercial versions of their upsell Themes, other than to
say that the free version can't be "crippleware", and the commercial
version can't lock core features behind the paywall.
