[theme-reviewers] Default Wordpress Functionality Disabled

This seems a bit tricky.
Situations like these should be judged on a case to case basis. Many free
themes in the Repo do not support all Post Formats. So comparing this theme
with them it does not do anything wrong.
IMO, If however, in the PRO version only difference is more Post Formats
than this is not great. If there are other features too then I think it
should be ok.
