[theme-reviewers] Licensing Compatibilty WTFPL <> GPL

Hello Theme Reviewers,

a short licensing question:

is the WTFPL compatible to GPL / GPL3 and with the WordPress Theme Review
Guidelines?

** I guess so, as it is the most open license as far as I know. But I would
like to have it verified, as I still feel a bit unsure.
