[theme-reviewers] Unregister core plugins

It would depend on what the widget did - if it relied on theme-specific 
data or in-widget settings, for example, it might be a prob - but if you 
switch themes and there's no issues (just the loss of whatever the 
widget upgrade did) then you would be ok I think.
