[theme-reviewers] Tags guidlines

All strings in the theme have to be wrapped with PHP translation functions
/_e(),  __() / adhering WordPress Translation Codex requirements
http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress
The POT file is not required but it's useful to be there as well :)
