[theme-reviewers] Theme Review Incentive: August 2013 Winners!

Hey, thanks, very fair of you.

Yeah, I think this incentive program is just the extra ingredient needed.

I stopped reviewing for so long because I needed to prioritize more time to
my day job and my own projects and marketing etc etc etc.

Now, that theme reviewing plays into that beneficially, it's just enough to
justify the time reviewing. So for those of us that are really busy and
don't ordinarily have time to simply volunteer, purely to help out and for
fun, this incentive adds a third element for us that couldn't otherwise
allot time away from our work.

It was a slow start, but I think it'll catch on, hope the program is
considered a success and continues.
