[theme-reviewers] custom background

It was a CSS issue: I used CSS3 gradients on body {} that is using 
background-image to create the effect, when I set the 
body.custom-background without the background-image, the custom 
background-color were not showed up because of CSS3 background-image 
gradient rule.
