[theme-reviewers] Integrate Plugin Territory Elements using Optin Choice

Hi,

I want to include a feature in my theme which falls in plugin territory
(Custom Post Type for example).

What if I make it fully optin (and display a notice mentioning that the
feature will be lost if the theme is changed)? The feature will be disabled
by default and the user have to enable it from backend before using.

Will that still be a no?
