[theme-reviewers] Updating Theme to Responsive

Hi Christine.  I updated one of my themes (Portfolio Press) from a fixed 
layout to a responsive layout about a year ago.  No one really had an 
issue with the change.

If you think a subset users will want to keep the fixed layout, I'd go 
with a theme option- but I wouldn't the majority of users want that.  I 
definitely wouldn't fork the theme and maintain both.  Responsive is the 
way to go.
