[theme-reviewers] theme based on underscores

Hello,
I need to fix the following review:

I could be wrong, but appears that you've based your theme on
  Underscores. If you have, you must credit _s in your readme.

What the above means exactly?
I am using underscores in all my methods, eg:

function mytheme_setup() {}

How should I credit _s in my readme?
