[theme-reviewers] Copyright notice in functions.php?

Hi,

This is from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/pinterest/ and all Plugins
as GPL, which means it should be good, regardless of the content.
http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/pinterest/tags/1.0/pinterest.php
However, what this text says is that "you" cannot use their names to
promote your product that's all.

As always, my personal opinion only.

P.S. Yup that would happen when "we" decide to incorporate plugins into
Themes ;)
