[theme-reviewers] Copyright notice in functions.php?

Wasn't sure what to do with this one, if you go down to the sketchbook-functions.php file there's code thats copied with a pretty lengthy copyright notice, and I'm unsure if this fits within the GPL. 

Need a little direction on this one?
