Hosting sites, such as GoDaddy will bundle WPORG Themes, I don't have an
account with them any more, but also DreamHost, BlueHost etc, at least they
did.

As far as link:wordpress.bytesforall.com (15K) that's only 10% from the
actual number of backlinks, (Google does not list all of them to the
general public) so yes there's many, many more sites using your Theme :)

link: will also display duplicates, but even with that the numbers are
great no doubt about it.
