To quote the guidelines: "Author URI, if used, is *required* to link to an
author's personal web site or project/development website."

A profile page, life-stream page or similar type of page is not really a
personal website, and it is definitely note a project/development website
... I would have to lean much further to the Author URI not meeting the
ideas of the guidelines in this case; but, having written that, if that is
the only issue with the theme I could accept it for this revision ONLY with
the requirement the Author URI be more in line with the guidelines for
future revisions.
