[theme-reviewers] Question about Theme Update Release

You can disagree all you want, if John Doe downloads my Theme, changes my
name to his, renames the folder to his and uses that Theme on his site
right? And you can do what exactly? E-mail him and saying, hey guy, what
up? you can't do that? Well yes they can.
