[theme-reviewers] Question about Theme Update Release

Damn touch screen. What I wanted to say is that changing the text to "theme
by me" is a direct violation of the theme's copyright. You can't just take
something made by somebody else and claim you did it yourself.

comparing approved Themes against WPORG.
I personally tend to push the Theme in right away, meaning if I go in and
review (hypothetically speaking) 4 #1 priorities, they will be pushed live
