[theme-reviewers] Question about Theme Update Release

Hi Emil,

I have question regarding the Theme Usages. I hope this is the right place
to ask. If not them I am sorry and can you guide me where shall I ask it.

1. If someone use my theme and then remove the Theme By: Catch Themes :
This is allowed, right? I assumed it is allowed and if not then which
license has to be use.
2. If someone use my theme and then remove our theme name and add their
theme. Eg: Theme By: Catch Themes to Theme By: Nick & Mac. I think this
shouldn't be allowed. How do i restrict it?
