[theme-reviewers] Is it approprite or not?

Yeah, stranger exceptions have been made. I'd think that as long as it's
not behind a paywall, is adequately documented, the purpose and how to use
the theme and the admins see the beneficial use of the theme for users, it
might make it in the repo.
