[theme-reviewers] Is it approprite or not?

I've just checked the ticket from my phone, I'm a little concerned that is
looks exactly like the default Twenty Ten theme.

Not to mention that if the installable framework is a paid addon, that
theme should be disallowed for obvious reasons.
