[theme-reviewers] Changing the screenshot guidelines (for HiDPI)

I'd be fine with if the screenshot is not 600x450 then it can be 300x225
... no other allowable sizes.
Leave it to the theme author to resize and crop accordingly, it's really
not all that difficult to do.
