[theme-reviewers] theme re-submitted

Once you have re-submitted your theme, make a note of the new ticket on the
older ticket(s).
This will allow the reviewer to tend to them when they do the actual review
of the theme ... basically leave a breadcrumb trail to the current version
you want reviewed.
