[theme-reviewers] Multiple Translation Domains

The theme has only one developer. All the translations, however, are
community contributions. The PO file is included with the theme, but the
translations are made available separately from the developer's site.
Having 2 different text domains lets you keep two different PO files, hence
if someone decides to contribute a French translation for the back-end and
someone else for the front-end, both can happen.
