[theme-reviewers] Forgotten Ticket

Ticket was assigned 4 days ago. My assumption would be that if a 
reviewer assigns themselves a ticket, the intention is to immediately 
follow it with a review otherwise leave it unassigned in the pool of 
tickets for someone else to review.

Perhaps it slipped through the cracks and was accidentally forgotten 
about?
