[theme-reviewers] re-releasing an old theme under old nameornew name?

Just one more thing: if PageLines gives the blessing, he's more than
welcome to re-submit even in current stage or with some improvements as
well.

And if the rest of the admins say yes, I won't be the one to hold the Theme
either, don't want to be the bad guy here :)
