[theme-reviewers] Outdated themes

Currently, themes that haven't been updated in 2 years have a warning 
notice *and* are excluded from a theme repo search. Which is great.

Problem is that these same themes are being shown - without warnings - 
if you run a search via Appearance -> Themes -> Install Themes. Hardly 
ideal and it causes confusion in the support forums. 
Mhttp://wordpress.org/support/topic/display-menu-order-categories-and-pages> 
is a typical example.

Is there any chance that this is going to change? I had a quick look in 
Trac but couldn't see anything.
