[theme-reviewers] Theme license agreement

I was not sure about porn, warez and gambling section. Thanks for
clearance.

By the way, there is a theme named as simplicity by woothemes (
http://www.woothemes.com/products/simplicity/). This one (
http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/9789) have similar functionalities.
It is suspicious i think. What should i do?
