[theme-reviewers] Adding commercial theme link in theme options?

As far as I know you can release a theme under the GPL license on
Themeforest if you want to. Then you can set up a sales page on your own
website and direct the buy link to Themeforest. You can even put your
affiliate ID in the link and earn 30% more from referred sales. There are a
lot of authors who use this tactic and I don't believe it's against any
WPTRT guidelines.

Themeforest themes => not all themes have been changed to GPL and I recall
someone writing in mailing list that Author URL != Themeforest Author's
URL, not approved.

 Please clarify now.as I'm sure there would be many theme authors willing
to upload a theme to WP theme repo to get exposure for the themes at
Themeforest.
