[theme-reviewers] Adding commercial theme link in theme options?

As long as it is a legitimate link to a qualifying theme, it could be
allowed; links like this have to be reviewed and examined on a case-by-case
basis.

See http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review#Up-Sell_Themes to make sure
that the premium version will pass the review requirements.
