[theme-reviewers] Newlines added to themes/plugins in the repo

The even more strange thing, at least in my case, was this only appeared
when I was working with one specific "machine" (at the time I had three
separate computers I was using depending on where I was working from ...
the "day-job" PC was the problem; go figure *grin*)
