[theme-reviewers] Newlines added to themes/plugins in the repo

Dunno, not smart enough to know that – however most themes I’ve been downloading now are all double lined; including my own.  

Visual studio reports:

“The line endings in the following files are not consistent.  Do you want to normalize the line endings?”

No matter what choice I choose, Unix (LF), Unicode (LS), Unicode (PS), Macintosh (CR), Windows (CR LF), it all still remains double lined.  It’s as if not only does modify the \r\n  but it adds an additional new line to it.
