[theme-reviewers] Why my theme is not being added?

Hello,
with reference to my email below, can someone please tell me why my
theme is not being added in the wordpress we site? It was approved
over two weeks ago. I have sent couple of emails but never received
any reply. I,ll highly appriciate your reply.
