[theme-reviewers] Theme Check

Hi,
I am sure I have seen a thread in this regard, but I am unable to locate
it. When I run my theme through Theme Check after having made changes for
WP 3.4, primarily add_theme_support('custom-background') and
add_theme_support('custom-header'), I get "REQUIRED" errors saying that
add_custom_background must be used instead. My code checks for the WP
version before making the switch (i.e. add_custom_background for versions
lower than 3.4 and add_theme_support for 3.4+). Is there any update to the
Theme Check plugin to address this? Will my theme fail submission if I try
to upload it?
