[theme-reviewers] Fetching template headers, footers and stylesheet

Okay, I *think* I'm understanding the purpose of this Theme: it appears to
be a tool to perform a dynamic/real-time *port *of another CMS's template
into a WordPress Theme.

That may be a useful tool for *developers*, but it doesn't belong in a
repository-hosted Theme.
