[theme-reviewers] Giant images in posts

[Shinra Web Holdings]

What's the proper way to deal with an extremely wide image inserted into a
post or page?

Cutting it off midway seems crude, resizing would be nice but CSS won't
scale the image only squish it, is overflow:scroll what's recommended for
this?
