willing to join you all and start reviewing themes!

Could someone please point me out the URL to the most recent track 
ticket request queue page?

I assume

is not the most recent. Tried 
http://make.wordpress.org/themes/about/trac-ticket-request-queue/trac-ticket-request-queue-march-2012/ 
but got a 404 error page.
