[theme-reviewers] Why the double standards and why Pagelines gets special treatment?

RECOMMENDED: No reference to add_editor_style() was found in the theme.
RECOMMENDED: No reference to add_custom_image_header was found in the theme.
RECOMMENDED: No reference to add_custom_background() was found in the theme.
You must be these yes? These are recommendations Trent not issues.
Oh and the dozens of INFO's you speak of, all either external links to
documentation, or include/requires so again Issues? Please list them
for us.

The only issue was the menu, permission was asked, considered then
granted by the admins ( not me i may add )
