[theme-reviewers] Duplicate Theme Name

Just FYI, that decision is solely Otto's, and the WPTRT don't influence it
one way or another (mainly because Otto is the one who has to do all the
work to make such a change).

But for future reference (for all developers): when coming up with a name,
*always* check themes.svn.wordpress.org, to make sure that the theme slug
isn't already in use, if you intend to host the Theme at WPORG.
