First, this is not the appropriate place for this type of questions.

Second, WordPress.com blogs have a limited subset of themes to be used (you
should be able to see them all). If you want custom themes besides these,
you should either run WordPress.org install on a server of yours or check
the premium themes they offer in their market.

P.S. WPCOM installs don't allow external plugins either.
