[theme-reviewers] Theme submission

So I submitted a theme and got this in the rejection:

REQUIRED: The background image from aside posts is confusing, please remove
it.

I gotta say guys, that's a stupid thing to put "Required" on.

That's "BTW" common shorthand for "By The Way" which is a fitting
association with something marked "Aside."

1) seriously, this is basis for rejection?
2) How do I appeal this call?
